How does AI come to be a part of a documentary about classic wooden sailboats?

There’s a lot of discussion about how AI will do away with people working in many fields. I never thought I would use AI when I started this production. What I’ve found is that just like the electronic calculator did away with the slide rule, AI will change how we solve problems. It still takes a story teller to come up with the ideas, to massage the story line, to get the characters to come to life and finally to produce the product that you will see.
